The City of Laredo seeks governmental approval to locate an external operation of Mexican Customs, Immigration and Agriculture at the Laredo International Airport for the purpose of pre-clearing passenger and cargo bound for the Republic of Mexico in full compliance with Mexican laws and regulations.
