Trash Tip of the Week:
Now that summer is here and the kids are not in school, your household may generate more trash.

To help keep the amount of trash going to the City of Laredo Landfill low – an estimated 4.2 pounds
of municipal solid waste is generated per person, per day – have your children recycle your trash!  
Remember, paper, plastic, tin and aluminum products are just some of the items that can be put in the
recycle blue bags.  Don’t forget to rinse the products first!
