XII. MOTIONS
1. Consideration for approval of
change order no. 1 for an increase of 30 calendar days to the construction
contract with Price Construction, Inc., Laredo, Texas, for the Killam
Industrial Blvd. Extension Project approximately 8000 L.F. from Sara Road to
I.H. 35 due to weather impacts and impeded access to job site related to construction
detours on projects surrounding the site.
This notice was posted at the Municipal Government Offices, 1110 Houston Street, Laredo, Texas, at a place convenient and readily accessible to the public at all times. Said notice was posted on Friday, May 12, 2000 at 5:00 p.m.
