I. FINAL READINGS

1. 2001-O-291 Altering and extending the boundary limits of the City of Laredo, annexing additional territory of 228.6075 acres beginning at the existing city limits, located out of Porcion 31, as further described by metes and bounds in Attachment “A”, specifically, the Tex-Mex Railway Tract, providing for the effective date and publication of this ordinance, adopting a service plan for the annexed territory, and establishing the initial zoning of M-1 (Light Manufacturing District). (As amended)

II. EXECUTIVE SESSION

The City Council hereby reserves the right to go into executive session at any time during this public meeting, when it deems it necessary to consult privately with its attorney about any item upon this agenda, pursuant to the provisions of Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code.

III. ADJOURNMENT
