1. Public hearing and introductory ordinance amending Ordinance 2002-O-39 by establishing ticket fees for Mexican League playoff and championship games at Veterans Field.

2. Public hearing and introductory ordinance amending the City of Laredo FY 2001-2002 Veterans Field Fund Annual Budget by amending and appropriating revenues and expenditures in the amount of $35,000.00 from the West Martin Ticket Sales and amending and appropriating the expenditures for the Tecolotes de Los Dos Laredos contract by $35,000.00. The transfer is to fulfill contractual obligations regarding payment for services rendered during playoff and championship games.

3. Consideration to enter into a contract with Atlas Enterprises for the purpose of a pyrotechnic display at no charge to the City of Laredo during and immediately following the championship Tecolotes baseball game at Veterans Field.

V. EXECUTIVE SESSION

The City Council hereby reserves the right to go into executive session at any time during this public meeting, if such is requested by the City Attorney or other legal counsel for the City, pursuant to his or her duty under Section 551.071(2) of the Government Code, to consult privately with his or her client on an item on the agenda, or on a matter arising out of such item.
