SUPPLEMENTAL AGENDA

I. MOTION

1. Authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for the Bartlett Avenue railroad crossing. The City of Laredo will be reimbursed a maximum of $40,000.00 for work performed at the new Bartlett crossing in exchange for closing Loring Avenue and the Jarvis Avenue portion of the Market Street crossing.

II. EXECUTIVE SESSION

2. Request for Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.072 in regards to the deliberation of the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property because deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person; and return to open session for possible action.

III. ADJOURNMENT
