Abstract: Field investigations are conducted on a routine basis of effluent from
industries throughout the city.  The Pollution Control Division operates and
environmental laboratory to provide comprehensive analytical services to City.
The laborato ry has the capability to detect metals, organic chemicals,
pesticides and conventional contaminants.
