PUBLIC HEARING

 

 

A public hearing will be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, April 03, 2008 at the City Council Chambers, 1110 Houston St., at 6:00 p.m. to discuss the following street closure:

 

  • Public hearing regarding the proposed closure of Chris Lane to through northbound and southbound vehicular traffic between Lois and Kimberly Streets by placing a metal guard rail in the middle point of the proposed street section closure and installing Type III barricades on each side of the guard rail and Type I barricades at each end of the closed street section.  Only vehicular access to properties abutting said proposed closed section of Chris Lane, will be allowed.

 

All citizens will be given an opportunity to voice their opinions as to the closing of the above-mentioned street to vehicular traffic.

 

This notice was posted on the bulletin board outside the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 1110 Houston St., Laredo, Texas on this 26 day of March, 2008, at 5:00 p.m.
