| To serve as advocates for those in our community with disabilities by promoting awareness, education and securing resources for their physiological, phsychological and social well being. As a Blue Ribbon Committee, we also have the responsibility to provide guidance and serve as consultants to the City of Laredo officials regarding issues affecting people with disabilities. |
