Opening a new account?

 

You will need to provide a:

  1. Driver's License or Identification
  2. Social Security card, if available
  3. Rental Agreement/Lease Agreement, if renting property
  4. Settlement Statement/Closing Documents, if purchasing property
  5. Security Deposit, cost is dependent on meter size.

 

Bring the above to City Hall Annex, at 1102 Bob Bullock Loop, and we'll gladly assist you. There is a service connection fee of $10.00 for each account and a deposit (cost is dependent of meter size). Additional fee of same day meter installation is $75 (applicable to residential customers only) and a $35 fee to open services on the same day for accounts with existing meters (applicable only to residential customers).

Public Notices

 

As per the Texas Administrative Code 30 TAC Subsection 290.122(c) when a water community system incurs a violation, the system must issue a public notice to inform the customers about the violation.
