HIV/AIDS/STD and Behavioral Health/Substance Use Programs
Since 1985 the City of Laredo Health Department has been providing comprehensive HIV/AIDS /STD health education, awareness, screening, testing and outreach prevention services as well as medical health care and needed support services in Webb, Zapata, Jim Hogg, Starr and Duval Counties. The HIV/AIDS staff is highly professional, culturally competent, sensitive, and experienced and ready to assist you with all public health and prevention services. We promise to be client centered, provide quality service and work with you with dignity and respect. We want for you to feel welcomed and free to voice any concerns, good or bad—it is what helps us grow, change and improve our services.
Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
FREE Testing for HIV, Syphilis, Trichomoniasis, and Hepatitis C
Tuesdays 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at 2600 Cedar Ave., Laredo, TX
Thursdays 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at 1403 N. Seymour Ave., Laredo, TX
STD Clinic Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (by appointment only)
