Laredo, Texas – The City of Laredo Public Arts Program is inviting community members to get involved in creative projects that bring color, culture, and vibrancy to public spaces across the city. As a community oriented initiative, the Public Arts Program is committed to fostering collaboration and creativity by engaging residents in meaningful artistic opportunities. Volunteers will have the opportunity to gain hands on experience, build their portfolios, earn community service hours, and play a direct role in shaping the future of public art in Laredo. 

Volunteer Eligibility Requirements include: 

• Submission of the Public Arts Program Volunteer Form

• Completion of the Community Development Volunteer Program Application

• Participants must be 15 years of age or older 

While there is no formal deadline to apply, volunteer opportunities are limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis depending on project needs and availability.

The City of Laredo encourages residents of all backgrounds and skill levels to participate and contribute to the continued growth of public art in the community.
