NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Regarding the Issuance of City of Laredo, Texas
Combination Tax and Airport Revenue Certificates of Obligation, Series 2026 (AMT)
The City of Laredo, Texas (the “City”) will hold a public hearing at 10:30 A.M. on Thursday, August 27, 2026 via teleconference at Dial-In: +1 800-719-6100 Access Code: 8503021#. Among the items to be discussed will be a proposal for the issuance by the City of one or more series of its taxexempt Combination Tax and Airport revenue Certificates of Obligation (the “Obligations”), which Obligations will be issued in the maximum amount of $15,000,000.
The proceeds of the Obligations will be used by the City to: (1) acquire, construct, and equip capital improvements to the city-owned Laredo International Airport (the “Airport”), including but not limited to airport terminal improvements and a new airfield maintenance building, (2) purchase real property, materials, supplies, equipment, machinery, landscaping, and rights of way for authorized needs and purposes related to the aforementioned capital improvements; and (3) pay legal, fiscal and engineering fees in connection with such projects.
The Airport is owned by the City, and located at 5210 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, TX 78041.

This notice is posted and the hearing is to be held to satisfy the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
