Our Mission to the City of Laredo and its Citizens
Information Services and Telecommunications Department,
through eleven divisions, serves internal and external customers by providing technology services, infrastructure and telecommunications to positively impact our growing and diverse community. The goal of our department is to positively impact in areas such as IT operations, open government, sustainability, citizen access, and public safety.
