Our committee biannual reports are a summary of a committee's work over a six-month period. Its purpose is to keep council members informed, demonstrate accountability, and provide a record of the committee's activities, progress, future plans and tranparency.

Purposes include:

• Reporting accomplishments: Summarizes projects, initiatives, and goals achieved during the reporting period.

• Tracking progress: Shows how the committee is progressing toward its objectives and identifies any milestones reached.

• Providing transparency: Keeps members, leadership, or the governing board informed about the committee's work and decision-making.

• Identifying challenges: Explains obstacles encountered, how they were addressed, and any ongoing issues requiring attention.

• Supporting decision-making: Provides information that leaders or the board can use to allocate resources, adjust priorities, or make policy decisions.

• Planning ahead: Outlines priorities, goals, and planned activities for the next months meetings.

The committee biannual report serves as both a historical record of the committee's work and a communication tool that helps ensure accountability, alignment with organizational goals, and informed planning for the next reporting period.
