PROJECT EXCELLENCE

“Project Excellence” has three critical components with the one sole purpose of celebrating, recognizing and honoring all of the City of Laredo Employees. The components include the following:

City of Laredo Public Service Recognition Week

It is the Human Resources Department’s goal to recognize all 3000 City of Laredo employees through any and/or all of these components during the 24-25 Fiscal Year.

YEARS OF SERVICE RECOGNITION

As part of “Project Excellence”, a program developed in partnership with the City Managers’ Office and the Human Resources Department, we are proud to recognize and honor the following five (5) very deserving employees that celebrated a “milestone” anniversary of continuous years of service with the City of Laredo during the month of January.

Calixto Flores Jr. - Parks & Rec. Dept. - 32 years of service
Samuel Gonzalez - Health Dept. - 30 years of service
Armando Villarreal Jr. - Police Dept. - 30 years of service
Ignacio Arce Jr. - Fire Dept. - 30 years of service
