MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Recruitment & HRIS Division is to attract, maintain, and develop a quality workforce by administering the City’s recruitment process, and coordinating and providing New Employee Orientations. Ensure all Human Resources payroll matters are in accordance to the local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
