     •  Total Members: 28
     •  Selection Process:
          o  City Council Appointments: Each City Council member appoints
              3 representatives (total of 24 members).
          o  Mayor's Appointments: The Mayor appoints 4 representatives
              with 1 serving as the Committee Chair.
     •  Term Length: Members will serve from the committee's formation
         through the completion of the bond referendum election.

Purpose and Objective
     •  Objective: The committee's primary goal is to review and prioritize
         city department plans for potential inclusion in a May 2025 bond
         referendum.
     •  Purpose: The committee will ensure that projects are thoroughly
         evaluated and align with the city's strategic goals across four key
         service areas: Public Safety, Public Infrastructure, Enhancement
         Services, and Health and Wellness.
